COACHING, CLEARLY SCOPED
Start with the fit.
Is coaching for individuals or company-sponsored leaders?
Both. Individuals can engage Poros directly, and companies can sponsor leadership coaching. Goals, responsibilities and any progress reporting are agreed before the engagement begins.
How many sessions will we need?
We agree the scope and cadence after discussing your goals. The engagement can focus on a specific decision or provide support through a longer period of development.
What is coaching not?
Coaching is not therapy, recruiting or job placement, and it does not guarantee a job, promotion or particular outcome. If another kind of professional support would serve you better, we'll say so.
What stays confidential?
Confidentiality, and what, if anything, is shared with a sponsoring company, are agreed in writing before coaching begins.
What experience informs the coaching?
Coaching is led by our founder, who brings experience as a seller, regional sales leader and enterprise strategy and operations leader, including building teams and developing managers. Coaching draws on that operating experience and the situation you bring.
