Engagements and payments
A website inquiry or introductory conversation does not create a client relationship or commit either party to an engagement. Services require a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, responsibilities and relevant confidentiality terms. This website does not accept payments or offer an active online checkout. Any future digital-product license, delivery and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Information and professional judgment
Website material provides general business and educational information. It is not a substitute for individualized legal, tax, investment, medical or mental-health advice. Career and leadership coaching does not guarantee employment, promotion or a particular business outcome. Obtain qualified professional advice when a decision requires it.
